InterGest Canada Inc. is not itself licensed as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial-services institution, real-estate broker, law firm, tax practice, immigration consultancy or payroll bureau in Canada, the USA, Germany or the EU.

Regulated Services

Any activity that requires a professional or regulatory licence-for example legal advice, immigration representation, securities placement, audit or payroll remittance- is carried out exclusively by independent, duly licensed third-party professionals (“Licensed Providers”) engaged directly by the Client.

• The Company’s role for such work is limited to scheduling, information flow and strategic oversight.
• Before a Licensed Provider begins, the Client receives the provider’s name, licence reference and a separate engagement or referral letter for signature.
• Professional liability for each Regulated Service rests solely with the Licensed Provider.

3. Service Categories & Branding

Our public package names (e.g. Business Setup, Launch Package, Compliance Essentials, Leadership On-Demand) are marketing labels.

Every deliverable falls into one of the eight categories listed in § 2 above, and the regulatory disclaimer in § 2 applies irrespective of branding.

4. Important Legal Notice

All website and marketing content is general, non-binding information.
It is not an offer to buy or sell financial instruments, real estate or other regulated products, nor an invitation to provide regulated services.
Professional advice is delivered only by the Licensed Provider formally engaged for the mandate.

EU/EEA consumers: mandatory consumer-protection rights (distance-selling information, 14-day withdrawal, etc.) are set out in our General Terms & Conditions (GTC).

5. Anti-Money-Laundering & Sanctions Compliance

InterGest Canada Inc. complies with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act(PCMLTFA), FINTRAC guidance and the EU AML Directives.
We do not accept cash. Clients are screened against OFAC, EU, UN and UK sanctions lists. KYC/AML records are retained at least five (5) years after the business relationship ends.
